Directed a team of talented designers and animators in developing a refreshed visual identity—including a new logo system, color palette, motion graphics package, and comprehensive brand guidelines—ensuring creative consistency across all international markets. Expanded the brand ecosystem by establishing sub-branding and design frameworks for spin-offs, merchandise, stage environments, and social media platforms with over 10 million subscribers, strengthening both recognition and engagement worldwide.
